1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
✔️ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔️ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
✔️ You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Gift cards or digital products
❌ Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Customized or personalized products

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email us at elitetrend2025@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for Approval – Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – If approved, you will need to ship the product back to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
✔️ A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
✔️ If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once processed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
